Unpaid Wages
Many employees in New York are treated unfairly because we live in an at will employment state, however there are still Federal, State and Local laws that prevent employees from being cheated on their wages. We have litigated FLSA cases in Federal Court as well as wage claims in State Court and it is our position that employees should be paid for their work.
